Due to the current guidelines, Sports Massage (Soft Tissue Therapy) is limited to 60 minute treatments. There is also a 15 minute gap between clients for deep cleaning and ventilation of the treatment room. When booking online, you will see that the appointment times are not always on the hour or half hour so please double check your confirmation email for the start time of your massage.

When you arrive for your massage, please ensure that you are wearing a face covering. You may choose whether to continue to wear this during your massage. I will be wearing a mask throughout.

In the treatment room you will be asked to complete a Covid-19 screening form and will have your temperature taken before your massage can commence.

You will be asked to put all of your belongings in the plastic container provided as this helps us limit the surfaces that need to be deep cleaned between each client.

Payment can be made with cash or card or if paying by bank transfer, please make the payment before your treatment.
